Bill of Lading

The small print of the crossing, short as a manifest. Boarding means you accept it.

Who may board

Boarding requires you to be 18 or older and a legal adult in your own country. From the day it is opened, you answer for the berth, password included.

What is carried

Entertainment: talk with imaginary women, put together by software. A character's words are not fact, and not guidance on health, law, money or any other matter. An islander can be wrong, and sometimes the weather is to blame.

First class and the fare

First class is bought up front, in USDT, for a set count of days and cannot renew itself. Misjudge the amount or pick the wrong network and the money sails off without us; the harbour office cannot fetch it back. Fares carry no refunds, whatever the weather, except where the law requires one.

Conduct on deck

Follow the harbour bylaws and the law, honour the chat's fixed limits, and keep bots, scrapers and resellers off the gangway. A berth caught at any of those may be suspended or closed.

Your words

Whatever you type is still yours. Using the chat gives us leave to hold it and work with it so a crossing is possible and safe, and automated checks read it to apply the bylaws.

Weather and wreckage

Routes shift. Docks, plans and islanders may change, take a rest or be struck from the chart, and the crossing log announces whatever alters what you get, before it happens. The site sails as it is, owing nothing beyond what the law demands, and our ceiling for anything owed to you is the previous month's payments, so far as the law allows.
